(Los Angeles) -- Questions are being raised about the tactics police used yesterday in the manhunt for suspected cop-killer Christopher Dorner.
Dorner is believed to have died in a cabin fire in Big Bear Lake, California. The exact circumstances behind the fire aren't known. However, police transmissions during a standoff with Dorner indicate the police may have intentionally set fire to the cabin.
A charred body was recovered from the structure. It could take some time for police to confirm the body is Dorner's. In the meantime, the LAPD is resuming normal operations after being on high alert for days due to Dorner's rampage against the police. Dorner is believed to have been upset over what he says is his wrongful termination from the LAPD.
